Technical Support Specialist - Windows Desktop and Server Expert - Oxfordshire - to £35000 + Bonus + benefits
An Expert in Windows Desktop and Server is required to provide support in Windows at the highest levels of product expertise. Working within the technical support department providing support to customers of this software company you will be the common escalation point for Windows related technical issues for technical support worldwide.
Your Windows knowledge must be at the deepest level and you will also have good LAN and WAN knowledge. Some knowledge of Mac OS, Netware, UNIX an advantage.
Troubleshoot, replicate, analyse and diagnose support issues escalated to you from worldwide offices.
This is a great opportunity to utilise your in-depth Windows skills. You will liaise with Product Management and Software Engineering on software issues. Working to SLAs and KPIs you will be aware of priority issues.
